YOGA for FOODIES aid digestion

Are you looking for guidance to make your food your friend? This workshop will help to get the digestion working optimally, enliven your metabolism, and retrain you to make the right choices foodwise, physically, and to learn to appreciate every mouthful. Our shared lunch will encourage a mindful experience.

We will finish our workshop with a gentle walk through the trees (SHINRIN YOKU) to leave you in peaceful space.
