However careful you are in your daily routine, a slight movement, cough, twist or overreach can cause a disc to protrude, and the subsequent pain ensues. Here we offer the gentlest class of movements to ease the pain and encourage you to keep the movements going in order to release some discomfort. All of the tools used in the class will be given to you as a printout for you to take away and use in the future or when needed. we strongly encourage you to attend our back strengthening workshop, when your back has healed, to help prevent future strains.
